Novus Automate is a New Zealand–based software and AI automation studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.
02 What we collect
When you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We don't use intrusive tracking, and we don't require you to create an account to browse the site.
03 How we use it
We use the information you give us only to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask for, and to keep in touch about your project. We don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
04 Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to deliver our services (for example, a hosting or email provider acting on our behalf) or where required by law.
05 Data security
We apply privacy-by-design principles and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. For sensitive client data handled during projects, we follow the safeguards agreed in your engagement.
06 Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and request that we correct it. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
07 Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete it.
