Novus Automate provides custom software development, AI automation, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site if they conflict.
03 Quotes & pricing
Prices and descriptions shown on this website are indicative and may change. Nothing here is a binding offer until confirmed in a written agreement between you and Novus Automate.
04 Intellectual property
Unless your engagement agreement says otherwise, custom code we build for you is handed over to you on completion and full payment. The content, branding, and design of this website remain the property of Novus Automate.
05 Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to have the right to share any data or access you give us, and to use our services lawfully. You're responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure.
06 Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Novus Automate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other non-excludable law.
07 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
